The service
Cycle At Home provides doorstep cycle and e-cycle repair in Delhi and Gurugram. We are an independent service — not affiliated with any cycle brand shown on this website.
Bookings
A request on the website is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you and agree on date, time, and work. We may accept, reschedule, or decline requests.
You must provide correct contact and location details, be available during the visit, and give safe access to your cycle.
Pricing & payment
Website prices are estimates. The final amount depends on inspection and parts needed. We explain the quote before chargeable work where possible.
Unless agreed otherwise, you pay after the service. Fitted parts and consumables are generally non-refundable.
Warranty & liability
Labour warranty is 7 days on the specific work we did, excluding wear, misuse, or unrelated issues. Part warranty follows the manufacturer where applicable.
Our liability for any visit is limited to what you paid for that visit, to the extent permitted by law.
Your data
We use your name, phone, pincode, and booking details only to run our service. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. See our Privacy policy.
